Through the booking form, we may process information voluntarily provided by the user, including:

When using the website, basic technical information may also be processed, such as the IP address, date and time of the request, browser and device information, and other technical data related to the connection with the website.

Data submitted through the booking form is processed in order to contact the user, respond to an enquiry, arrange the details of a booking and provide the requested service.

Personal data relating to a booking is processed in order to take steps at the user's request prior to entering into a contract or to perform a contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

For other correspondence, personal data may be processed on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interests in communicating with users, responding to enquiries and establishing, pursuing or defending possible legal claims, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

The booking form available on the website uses Web3Forms, a service operated by Web3Creative. Information entered into the form is transmitted to Web3Forms for the technical processing of the submission and its delivery to the Controller.

Web3Creative processes personal data submitted through the form as a processor acting on behalf of the Controller.

When using Web3Forms, personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Web3Forms uses appropriate legal mechanisms for international data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

The website is hosted using Vercel infrastructure.

As part of the technical operation of the website, Vercel may process technical information relating to connections to and use of the website.

Vercel may process data using infrastructure located outside the European Economic Area and applies legal mechanisms provided for international data transfers.

Personal data may be shared with service providers that support the Controller in maintaining the website and handling enquiries and bookings, only to the extent necessary to provide those services.

Retention periods applied by other technical service providers may be determined by their own data retention policies.

The website uses cookies and similar technologies to the extent necessary for the proper operation of the website and to remember the user's choices.
